This is Life! is our program for Training and Equipping people (Parents, Educators, Pastors, Youth workers, etc.) who want to positively change the lives of teens and young adults. It includes:

1. Curriculum for mentoring teens & young adults
2. Training on how to work with teens & young adults
3. Tools to start a Teen Life Coaching practice  [OPTIONAL]

Curriculum The cornerstone of This Is Life! is a 12-module Life Coaching curriculum created by the founders of Trinity Life Solutions - Mike Melson & Dr. Bridget Melson. This curriculum combines all their lessons learned & "tricks of the trade" from their 30+ years combined experienced in counseling/coaching teens & young adults. The contents of this curriculum are shown below:

Training We offer a variety of training programs for individuals or groups who want to work more effectively with teens & young adults. This includes the following:

Parent Seminars: A 2-hour seminar to educate parents on what teens are up to & what we see is the difference between teens who are making good choices vs. teens who are making "not so good" choices. Please Contact Us for more information about scheduling a seminar at your church or school.

This Is Life! Curriculum Training: A 2-hour training program to teach a group of volunteers how to be most effective in using This Is Life! to mentor teens & young adults.

Teen Life Coach Certification Training: A 9-week, intensive certification program for individuals who want to become experts in working with teens & young adults.

Tools  We also provide the tools necessary to begin developing a successful Teen Life Coaching practice.
